The database does not store a link between a voter and a secret vote, so an administrator cannot reconstruct one later.
Associations stay separated
Data access is scoped to the workspace and organization so one association cannot read another association's records.
Members-only content is checked first
Restricted WordPress content is checked against live membership on the server before anything sensitive is sent to the browser.
Your money never passes through us
OneAMS records the Zelle, cheque, cash, and other offline payments your association receives directly, and takes no percentage. Production online card collection is not part of the current founding offer.
Suppression follows the address
Bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes suppress an address across campaigns and configured automations.
Certificates renew automatically
Connected custom domains receive managed TLS without a volunteer maintaining a certificate-renewal calendar.

OneAMS is a new platform. We do not claim certifications or recovery exercises we have not completed. Core export integrity and restoration-comparison tools have been rehearsed with synthetic data; provider backup coverage and an isolated production restoration drill are still being completed. They are tracked as open items, not promises, and if your board needs evidence we do not have, we will say so.
