Why consider switching

Your association shouldn’t be working around its software.

You should not need training to update a member. Your treasurer should not keep a separate spreadsheet because the system cannot be trusted. And changing officers should not mean teaching a new group of volunteers six different tools.

The operating change

The software should disappear into the background.

Your volunteers should know how the association works, not how to operate an AMS.

The old way

The workarounds volunteers learn to live with.

Six different logins for people who already have full-time jobs
Member information copied between the database, website, email tool, and spreadsheets
A website that depends on the one board member who knows how it works
CSV exports and side spreadsheets for reports the system should already answer
Every new officer needs another round of software training
Add-ons and separate tools for work that should stay connected
With OneAMS

One connected place for the work included in your launch.

One member record shared across everything in your launch
One member login for the portal and connected WordPress access
A website and member portal connected to current association information
Dues, events, communications, and governance that stay connected
A system designed to make sense to volunteers and the next board
One private staging copy to review before you decide to switch
Migration

See your association before you replace anything.

Send us your existing export. We build a private OneAMS copy, check what came across, show you anything uncertain, and leave your current system untouched until you approve.

Send us what you have

We inspect the real export and explain what can move and what needs extra work.

Try your real association

Review members, balances, dues, and daily tasks without emailing members or moving money.

Switch when you are ready

Your association decides whether and when the private copy is ready to become live.

Day one

The important numbers should agree before anyone relies on them.

Before launch, we check the member roster, chapters, invoices, approved offline dues receipts, membership standing, finances, portal, and WordPress access. Anything not included stays visible as unfinished work.

  • Your real chapter and membership rules
  • Clear owners for reminders, renewals, and payment records
  • Your website content and your final approval
  • Real volunteer tasks completed without a walkthrough

Questions worth asking

What your board should expect from us.

Can we leave with our data?

Core records are self-service exports. Records outside the current combined package receive no-fee assisted export rather than being described as complete when they are not.

What will not move automatically?

We name unsupported formats and records before work begins, along with a conversion, manual, second-pass, or clear exclusion plan.

Who supports us?

Founding associations work directly with the founder. Your launch plan names who on your side owns each area, who gives final approval, how to reach us, and how quickly we respond.

Will AI act on our organization?

General autonomous administration is not currently offered. Selected Ask and writing pilots are bounded, attributed, and keep a person in the consequential action path.

See OneAMS with the association you already run.

Founding associations receive white-glove setup, a private staging copy, direct founder support, and written price protection.
