Is the first year really free?
There is no OneAMS subscription fee for twelve months for an accepted founding association. Any third-party charges your association chooses to incur — such as WordPress hosting, email delivery, or future payment processing — remain separate and are agreed before use.
What happens after the founding year?
Your founding rate is agreed in writing before the free period begins and protected for as long as the written size and service assumptions remain the same. There is no surprise move to an undisclosed list price.
Does every organization receive exactly the same modules?
The platform is connected, but each founding launch focuses on the work that association will actually do. Your written plan says what will be ready at launch, what still needs configuration, and what is not being offered yet.
Is migration included?
Yes. We inspect the real source files, agree what can move automatically and what needs a manual second pass, build a staging copy, reconcile it with you, and only promote it after approval.
Can we leave with our data?
Yes. Core operational records can be exported directly. If a record type is not yet covered by the self-service package, we provide a no-fee assisted export rather than describing an incomplete package as complete.
